Re:Trumphobia Date Posted:24/08/2018 12:43:31Copy HTML He does a lot of that, repeating stories he likes without checking the facts. What an arse. You're playing chess with Fate and Fate's winning.

Re:Trumphobia Date Posted:25/08/2018 02:46:51Copy HTML What country in their right minds would except that their leader was above the law. Maybe Russia, China and North Korea. Can anyone point out a democracy anywhere in the world that this would be allowed. |

Re:Trumphobia Date Posted:25/08/2018 07:53:37Copy HTML Where do you get this strange, deluded idea that Trump is above the law? Well, I know where you get it, you get it from your maligned imagination. Let's get something straight, it's not really Trump's policies you have such a problem with, it's him. You have a blind hatred for him, one which you held way before the election. This blind hatred governs your every aspect and thought about him to such an extent that there is absolutely nothing he could ever implement that could solicit a positive reponse from you, nothing. Why, he could give away his fortune tomorrow to charity and you would infer some machiavellian reason for it. So don't go using his policies as some kind of weapon against him, as there are no political policies in the history of mankind he could implement that could drag a positive comment, kicking and screaming out of your mouth. |

Re:Trumphobia Date Posted:25/08/2018 08:06:07Copy HTML Over here The Daily Telegraph has speculated that the President IS above the law in certain cases, what anyone else would be arrested for the President cannot. Also he has the theoretical power to pardon himself thus making himself immune from any form of justice. I'm assuming that such an act would be too much even for the brain dead sheep who make up his power base..........but then again.

Re:Trumphobia Date Posted:25/08/2018 08:23:07Copy HTML People are sentenced following due process of law, not on some bigotted whim. When he's found guilty in a legal court for breaking the law then he will serve a sentence appropriate to that crime, not one a fascist minded bigot, who despises him, thinks he should have. |

Re:Trumphobia Date Posted:26/08/2018 07:36:50Copy HTML Yes, a huge mistake to say he preferred "war heroes" who weren't captured. Luckily for Trump he never put himself in the way of being captured. As for the election, I would have remarked on the unfairness either way, but with perhaps less emphasis if Clinton had won I admit. You're playing chess with Fate and Fate's winning.

Re:Trumphobia Date Posted:26/08/2018 08:48:18Copy HTML I see the sad news that John McCain has died (here we go) You will be delighted to know I thought Trump's treatment of this man was appalling. Actually how he has treated anyone who has ever dawned a uniform or had a member of their family die for the country is appalling. McCain was in such bad shape when he was finally released after being held 5 1/2 years he couldn't raise his arms high enough to salute or even comb his own hair and he still couldn't until the day he died. He was elected 6 times as Arizona's Senator and was a strong voice and listened to by both sides of the aisle when he spoke. He death must be considered not only a great lose for the Republican party but a lose to the nation. I respected his close friend Graham also until the last week or so but he seems to be backing the party of Trump now so any repect I had, is now lost. It says it all when Mc Cains last wishes were not to allow Trump to attend his funeral. |

Well, I know where you get it, you get it from your maligned imagination. Let's get something straight, it's not really Trump's policies you have such a problem with, it's him. Well your half right Major for once. I hate both his policies and the man himself. They are both one to me. Don't known what I will enjoy more, the tar and feathering or the actual hanging which every day seems to move closer. |

According to the investigation done by the Republicans I might add, there was no there there found so just more smoke being blown up your backside by Trump and your still buying it. |

Re:Trumphobia Date Posted:27/08/2018 12:56:40Copy HTML Trump's statements re: McCain were appalling, especially coming from a draft dodger with "bone spurs." However, McCain had turned into an old fool (even before the brain cancer diagnosis) & was in congress way too long. Like so many others.

Re:Trumphobia Date Posted:27/08/2018 05:59:08Copy HTML What you seem to be left with Tommy with the Republicans is a party divided in 3. The Old Guard the Tea Partiers and the Party of Trump. Even the Demo's need someone to unit around and seem divided on their views. Stormy's lawyer is thinking of running in 2020. He's smart, a good speaker and has curb appeal. |

Re:Trumphobia Date Posted:27/08/2018 06:09:58Copy HTML Both the USA and GB are desperately short of suitable candidates to inspire us. Theresa May is monumently uninspiring, but the popular choice, or so we're told, Boris Johnson is as bad in for different reasons, he's a buffoon. Personally I'd go for Liam Fox or David Davis, Major will know who they are, I don't expect you from across the water to know anything about them.

Re:Trumphobia Date Posted:27/08/2018 08:20:23Copy HTML The only reason the Dem's hang on to Nancy Pelosi is because she seems to be able to bring in money for the Party. I don't have a clue what she talking about most times and she really isn't a good speaker. Chuck Schumer is usually treading water but glad to see him wanting to have a buildings name changed for McCain. Trump probably won't let that happen though. Warren is good for standing up to Trump but I don't think that I would want to be married to her. Bernie is just comical to watch when he gets excited. |

Re:Trumphobia Date Posted:28/08/2018 10:03:52Copy HTML The only reason the dems hang on to Polosi is that unfortunately for them, she's the best they've got. No wonder they lost the election. Let's put it this way, she is the best fund raiser they have. That along makes her wanted in elections that cost many millions to win. Looking in the rear view miror, anyone would have been better that Trump. Putin also didn't want Hillary. So much so, that Russia poured millions into the election to see it didn't happen. I'll let Mr. Mueller give you that news a little later. Same thing with Russia and your Brexit Major. |

Re:Trumphobia Date Posted:29/08/2018 12:28:21Copy HTML Trump now tweeting if the Republicans lose the fall elections there will be violence. Sounds to me like he is encouraging his base to make it happen. If there is violence, it won't be from the Demo side, they will be too busy doing their happy dance. |
