The rest of it was a pathetic apology for the beginning. He kicked off with what he truly meant and went on with a grovelling path of platitudes to make amends. Post it then so all can judge.

Have you ever heard of something so stupid.

U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday linked imports of Canadian lumber to deadly California wildfires, which have forced thousands to flee from their homes.

READ MORE:

California is using inmates to fight wildfires, and they’re paid $2 a day

During a cabinet meeting, Trump and other officials downplayed the role of climate change on wildfires, while discussing the abundance of fallen trees creating a natural accelerant.

"It's not a global warming thing, it's a management situation," said Trump. "And one of the elements that he talked about was the fact that we have fallen trees, and instead of removing those fallen trees, which get to be extremely combustible, instead of removing them, gently removing them, beautifully removing them, we leave them to burn."

Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke then decried the import of lumber to the U.S. as fallen trees are left to rot on the ground.

"We import lumber in this country, and yet there are billions of board feet that are on the forest floor rotting," said Zinke. "When you have rotting timber, when housing prices are going up, when a lot of Americans are right at that border of affording a house, and yet we are wasting billions of board feet for not being able to bring them to a local lumber yard."

Fallen trees can be salvaged for lumber within the first year, Zinke said, reducing both the need for lumber imports and helping with wildfire management.

Trump then called the lumber imports from Canada "ridiculous."

"Just to add, just to conclude, especially when Canada is charging us a lot of money to bring their timber down into our country. So ridiculous, here we have it," said Trump. "We're not even talking about cutting down trees... we're talking about lying on the floor creating a hazard and a tremendous death trap."

The U.S. has applied a tariff to Canadian lumber, meaning that American citizens must pay a duty to the U.S. government on top of its purchase price. It's estimated that the tariffs -- a tax collected by the U.S. government -- has increased the price of the average U.S. home by US$9,000.

READ MORE:

Trump’s tariffs on Canadian lumber are pricing Americans out of the U.S. housing market

The U.S.-based National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has urged the U.S. government to renegotiate with Canada and revise the tariff, as "U.S. domestic production is not sufficient to meet demand."

Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland has called softwood lumber a "trade irritant" between the two countries.

California is using inmates to fight wildfires, and they’re paid $2 a day. I thought slave labour was outlawed. To ask a man to go out and put his life on the line for 2 bucks a day is more than an insult, it's criminal. You should all be ashamed of yourselfs.

The quick reply box only has one size font it seems - tiny. The Reply button doesn't work every time, but it's possible to go into a post later and edit it to make the font bigger. That's what I'll do with this tonight.

I find that I have to try and make every post print bigger. I don't use the quick reply and no my button used to delete or correct still doesn't work. I usually high lite the words and them change them at least to 14px or even 18px.

Bloodmist is not an American term at all.  It apparently is an ancient term meaning when a warrior goes berserk in battle, to the point of even killing his fellow warriors.  I think this is a perfect description of democrats and other Trump haters.  They will eat their own if one small word of approval is spoken about Trump.

I see Brennan has took to the usuall suspects looking for a shoulder to cry on. He's found them too, which is not surprising, as they're paying him to. He's been caught lying under oath and leaking information in the past, which should have got him kicked out in the first place, but will some lefty explain to me why a sitting president should allow a man who hates everything about him and who's accussed him of treason, which carries the death penalty, access to all of the nations top secrets, when he doersn't work for the government?

In answer to your question about a sitting President allowing someone to speak out Major. It's call the first ammendment Major and Brennan can exercise his free rights if he wants to. Or are you and Shula against the first Ammendment now. 65 of the top security advisors saying Trump has over stepped his bounds. Most of these guys served for more than one President. Trump knows the end for himself is near and is trying to discredit everyone else before he is forced out. When the Dem's regain control of the house in the fall they will do what the Republicans are afraid to do and that is impeach this Russian loving "B" who wants to be a Dictator. The only reason this draft dodging rasist wanted a big military parade which price rose from 7 million to 92 million over night is because he hopes he will look stronger in the eyes of the world. He should take that 92 million and look after American Vetrans and their families. Veterans affairs right now is being run out of Trumps place in Florida or did you know that. Maybe Shula can tell us why.

Nobody is interfering with his first amendment rights, he can spout off all he likes, but he can't go accusing a sitting president of treason and retain access to the nations secrets. Nobody is stopping the crook from gobbing it all he likes and he will. Nobody has shut him up whatsoever, quite the opposite, he will continue spouting on the lefty TV sations, who are paying him for his anti Trump rhetoric. He hasn't had his access to the newspapers rescined, or the radio stations, or the courts or any street rally he wishes to spout from and this will go on for years until even those suffering from the most virulent strain of TDS will suddenly turn around and say 'ang on a mo' the commie wanker in the Herman Munster body suite hasn't shut up talking about being shut up from talking for years now.

He doesn't have access now to the nations secrets like you think. As a private citizen he has a right to say anything he wants. Just like Trump is doing. Or do you think that Trump can say anything he likes about anyone and no one can  say anything back. Trump has already publicly said that he took his security clearance away because he was involved in the Russian witch hunt and not for any security breech. By him saying this he has left himself open to a court challenge over it and shows to Mueller that he is still trying in every way to interfering with an on going Federal investigation. Do you know what was discussed when Trump and Putin meet for 2hours and 15 minutes along. If you do then you would be the only one because even Trumps top brass were never told. If you go back and look at the press meeting after you can tell my Trumps face that Putin has something over him.

If you are looking for a nasty case of TDS, look no further than the Dems defence of MS13. MS13 are a nasty, brutal, sadistic, murderous bunch of gangland drug dealing thugs, who terrorise and torture entire communities and stack the bodies high. Well they were until Trump criticised them, now they have taken on an angelic persona, courtesy of the Dems. Now they're just peace loving bicycle riders, at the very heart of charity and social work in the community. Just ask PB, he'll confirm it.

The reply way is the only way to go. You can also copy someone's post and if it is in small print then you can then high lite it and change the print size of the reply at the top of the page. Mine at the top says 14px but the print doesn't look big enough to me. So I'm changing it up to 18px the same way and if I like it better, will post it.

Why bicycle riders? Because following Trump's condemnation of MS13, the TDS sufferers, like you, suddenly jumped to the aid of these sadistic, murderous thugs. I mean, that's just how terrible that disease is. If Trump condemns Nazi concentration camp guards tomorrow, you will arrive an hour later in their defence, like the media did for MS13. I was watching one Dem dickhead, literally oozing with praise for these misunderstood murders. As he said, they loved cycling, were deeply involved with charity work, and helping old ladies across the road, not at all like dat, nasty wasty President Trump said they were.

Well, Little Mr. Allgodschildrengottaeat, Nancy Pelosi has publicly supported the MS13 gang's right to enter the country.  They are all God's children she said.  It is true that Pres. Obama deported more aliens than any previous president.  It must also be remembered that he was in office 8 years while Pres. Trump is in his second year.  Pres. Trump will be catapulting those gang members over the wall by the hundreds.

That's true Tom and the deep state has done its best to keep it that way. As you know, I have been banging on about this for a year now and such is the depth and width of that deep state that Clinton has so far evaded justice. The Mueller investigation is just another firewall, another barrier to keeping Clinton out of court and the Manefort and Cohen cases are a desperate  campaign to keep the attention away from from the deep state until the mid term elections, when the hope is, the Dems will win and it will all be buried, like it was expected to be because Clinton was supposed to win the election. If she had, none of this horrendous, devious deep state activity would never have got off first base. The Manefort case has nothing to do with Trump, but the Dems hope he'll be smeared by it. Cohen is the same, none of it has anything to do with Russian collusion and there has never been a single irrefutable fact of Russian collusion. Trump has massive malevolent forces combining to bring him down, as their own hides depend on him being deposed. Matters are still moving forward though, very slowly I know, but they do have a momentum Bruce Ohr will be questioned under oath in a few days and under oath means that if he lies and is caught out, they'll throw away the key and that tends to concentrate the mind somewhat. Comey, McCabe and Srtrzok are also being investigated and the Clinton foundation too, so hopefully there is a breakthrough, as one one folds, they all will and when it does the world will be stunned by the depth of corruption and conspiricy of these deep state actors.

TDS broke a new record yesterday on CNN and MSNBC, as in just one day they managed to say the word impeachment 222 times. That's right, I said 222 times in one day. In the spirit on MS13 behaviour, following Trump's criricism of South Africa's murderous campaign against white farmers, democrats lept to South Africa's defence. Mr President, allow me. I have a foolproof plan to gurantee you the greatest approval rating in US political history, all you have to do is tell the left you want to be impeached.
