Canadian contend is what I think your trying to talk about but haven't heard nothing about anyone getting any fines. Canadian channels have to have so much Canadian contend in them to operate even if they are a British or American channel. For example Tommy and I maybe watching the same channel at the same time but he will be getting American commericals while I'm getting Canadian ones.
