Date Posted:06/09/2021 12:57:49Copy HTML Breaking News - Scotland to try a 4 day work week without a reduction in wages. Scottish P.M. Angus MacSmartie says that Limeys will have to work a 6 day work week to support them now. The cost of centuries of oppression is going up eh? Live respected, die regretted

Re:Scotland Date Posted:06/09/2021 02:23:02Copy HTML That's not such a crazy idea. The English have been carrying the Scots for years with more spent per per head north of the border than south, and Boris will pay any amount to keep them in the Union. You're playing chess with Fate and Fate's winning.

Re:Scotland Date Posted:06/09/2021 03:44:45Copy HTML Back in Blair’s day, when the nation was run by a Scottish mafia, they decided to give the jocks extra money and their own Parliament. The money side was called the Barnet formulae and what it does is give the Jocks more money per head of population than the English out of government funds. It was meant to be to be temporary but not only is it impossible to kill it’s still devouring money. At the moment the jocks get £2500 per head of population more than the English, the English just earn it for them. I’ve told you before, Scotland has more people, per head of population, working for the government than the old Soviet Union. It’s what all socialists do, create votes for themselves. I need not tell you Tom, presently yours are importing millions of votes and shipping them out to marginal states, here they just invent civil service jobs who always vote Labour, it’s a form of self preservation. The jocks know that all they have to do is mention the i word and politicians pour money in, they do it constantly. Why somebody just doesn’t feck’em off I can’t understand. They are truly one fecked up nation politically. Let them have their independence vote and do us all a favour. Here what’s comical, they want independence but want to join the EU and then hand it over to them. The EU won’t have them though, the Germans have enough to pay for without that bunch of transvestites adding to it. It’s a Marxist state in all but name. More people live in London than Wales and Scotland combined. They’re both chippy bastards though. |

More people live in London than Wales and Scotland combined. They’re both chippy bastards though. Back in the day when I graduated from High School I was hired by both Bethlehem Steel & General Motors on the same day. The year was 1963 & the factories in Buffalo were still going strong. Both those jobs were union of course, & I chose General Motors & worked there for a short time on the assembly line & that is where I decided to take some civil service tests & joined the not so thin blue line. You know the old protect & serve thingy but in reality that assembly line shit was a lot of tedious work & civil service had that 20 year pension. I would agree with Shula, the unions started out to be a good thing & morphed into the abyss we have today, & Jimmy Hoffa is still missing. Fast forward to today, the factories are mostly gone & all the good jobs are with some sort of government, be it federal, state, county, or local. Most of the people in my rural area now are government employees. |

From my experience with my former in-laws, they are a wee lot with alligator mouths. They all hate the English but don't have the troops or kit to do anything about it. Maybe Angus can enlist Mel Gibson to marshal the masses? |

Re:Scotland Date Posted:07/09/2021 06:40:26Copy HTML Unions are victims of their own success, they achieved the noble actions they fought for and now are left yearning for the bad old days again where they can be of relevance once more. They’re not champions of the workers anymore, they’ve morphed into political dealers, manipulators and power brokers and become the very people they profess to hate. The upper echelons, or feudal barons as I like to call them live the life of privilege and power, wielding national power and policies without a single ballot vote to their names. |

Re:Scotland Date Posted:07/09/2021 12:38:28Copy HTML All salient points Major. I have two examples for this post. First is my ex brother-in-law who said when Princess Diana died, "who cares, she's English." His was & is a piece of scheisse & an ungrateful bastard. Second is my brief career at General Motors. I guy I played football with in high school got hired the same day I did. He worked about 8 years in the plant & then got a plum union job. He finished his 30 years there without ever working in the plant again. Traveled the country even the world on union business. He often told me that I should have stayed with General Motors. Maybe Angus can enlist Mel Gibson to marshal the masses? We obsess them down here, we are virtually their only subject, or we are examined in every context that affects their lives. They have trouble getting their bins emptied they first look to see if it’s our fault in some way first and they’ll believe anything negative towards us, no matter how preposterous. Comically, they think we’re the same with them and I’ve come across a few over the years who were truly amazed when they first come to England and find they’re completely off the conversation list. I’ve mentioned in the past about my mates daughter meeting and then marrying a Jock who I met for the first time at the wedding. I said to him something like…. How you finding enemy territory? Can’t believe it, I’m shocked he replied, nobody ever talks about Scotland, so? I asked and his reply was…. You don’t seem to understand, you lot consume our very lives up there and that’s the crux of the problem, god knows how many people slagging off the English if the sun doesn’t shine, who haven’t even been here. I think I also mentioned having my car window smashed in Edinburgh because it had a small plastic England flag in the side window and I didn’t even put it there. I had to drive over 200 miles in the middle of winter with no window and a baby in the back. I tell ya, that’s one screwed up people. |

This guy is the American Dream. One of the best jobs to get in the unions is mediator. If you manage to secure one good settlement then all the unions want to use you. I know of one who is still called in to bargain for settlements long after his retirement. I can remember as a kid my father's factory going on strike for 4 months and only getting a 17cent an hour raise after it. It was during the Christmas period and my parents relied on their saving to get us through it. My father was shop steward and spent hours dealing with the companies representatives. I'm sure it came close to blows with the American owners. This was the crest and name of the union he belonged to. The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) is an AFL-CIO / CLC trade union representing approx. 646,933 workers as of 2006 in more than 200 industries with most of its membership in the United States and Canada.

North America is looking closely at the advantages of a 4 day work week. More interest has been seen since the virus changed the work place from the company office to your home. It would creat less traffic on the roads and save companies millions on maintaining property in the downtown core. |
