Just checking in to show that I'm still here. 

I've been on Reshistorica for two weeks now and I have to say it's pretty good, in fact I'm the top poster this week! Most members appear to be Brits, so some North American input would be great. At first I did feel rather like a small fish in a big pond, whereas here we're all big fish in a very small pond, but after I'd made regular comments etc I now feel thoroughly part of it.

Graystarfish was asking about how the site is funded, it's awash with irritating adverts to be sure, but on the plus side it appears to be French in origin (?) so nothing to do with China or anything like that.
